June was founded by a team of CPAs trained at Deloitte and BDO, where audit-grade rigour is not a feature but the baseline. We spent years applying that standard alongside hundreds of founders: scaling with them, keeping their financials accurate, and giving them the confidence to raise millions.
Inside those firms, we saw what world-class financial technology and AI can do when it is in the right hands. Outside them, we saw founders and accounting firms working twice as hard for half the insight, not for lack of skill but for lack of tools.
June exists to close that gap. We run a full finance practice for Canadian founders covering bookkeeping, corporate tax, and fractional CFO advisory, on software we built ourselves. And we license that same software to accounting firms who want to serve their own clients the way we serve ours.
