Taking more than one?
Bookkeeping and tax are the most natural pairing, and fractional CFO advisory is the usual next step as you grow. Combined engagements are priced as one scope rather than stacked, because the work genuinely overlaps and the fee should reflect that.
Pricing FAQ
Why don't you publish exact prices?
Because the honest number depends on things we cannot know from a website: how many transactions you run, what shape the books are in, whether there are multiple entities or provincial filings, and whether SR&ED is in play. We quote a flat monthly fee at the discovery call once we have looked. What we can commit to is that it is flat, it is monthly, and it does not move without a conversation.
Do you bill hourly?
No. Everything is a flat monthly or flat engagement fee. Hourly billing makes clients ration their questions, which is exactly backwards for advisory work.
Is there a setup fee?
Sometimes, where the books need cleanup before ongoing work can start, or where onboarding is genuinely complex. It is quoted separately and confirmed before you commit to anything.
How is the platform priced for accounting firms?
Per client, per month, which is why the firm ROI calculator is built the way it is. A one-time setup fee applies, scaled to the complexity of your existing operations and quoted after the intake meeting.
